A Dynamic Digital Map Home Screen and Indexes - Chris Condit - Dept. of Geosciences, UMass-Amherst

An example of a DDM's Home Screen, with several of the program's Indexes open. These indexes summarize the DDM's content, provide access via links, and can be sorted and searched for key words. The "Find" button (center left of the Home Screen) will search all maps, images and image captions for any named object. The 'Guided Tour...' button (lower right) gives an automated tour of how to use the DDM.
